By accessing or using Head Trip, a member agrees to these Terms & Conditions. Head Trip is operated by Elomi Corporation.

Membership is available only to individuals 18 years of age or older who meet Head Trip's membership criteria.

A member is responsible for the accuracy of the information on their account and for keeping their sign-in credentials secure.

Reservations and event registrations made through Head Trip are subject to the availability, cancellation, and no-show policies posted at the time of booking.

A member agrees to treat Head Trip staff, partner venues, and other members with respect, and not to use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Head Trip Messaging Program is operated by Elomi Corporation.

A member who provides a mobile number and agrees to receive texts may receive replies from club staff to a request they sent, reservation and event confirmations and reminders, and time-sensitive club notices.

Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to cancel at any time. After you send STOP you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Everything on Head Trip's website and app — including its name, logo, and design — belongs to Elomi Corporation or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

Head Trip is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elomi Corporation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from a member's use of Head Trip.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Elomi Corporation may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
